A bulk order is however many pieces you want to sell. It is important you have a good bond with your manufacturer. They will be making your job a lot easier.

Step 1. Go on Alibaba.com and look up clothing manufacturers

Step 2. Make sure they're verified and trusted

Step 3. Ask them for their MOQ(Minimum Order Quanity)

Step 4. Ask if they can make a sample (Make sure to Negotiate)

Step 5. Order sample and if you like go back to them and order bulk
